I have learned a lot when it comes to keeping the body in balance, since this is the key to a healthy and happy life. Through yoga I specialize in building custom made yoga programs to properly balance out your muscle and connective tissues, while working with breathing and mind body connection. This is an important factor in reducing tension internally and externally leaving you feeling more relaxed, in touch, and pain free. 	Maureen Fallis / Surround Circle Yoga Maureen Fallis is the director of Surround Circle Yoga. Certified as a Kripalu Yoga Teacher and currently working towards certification as a Functional Synergy™ Therapeutic Yoga Teacher with Susi Hately Aldous, Maureen is pleased to offer a style of yoga at her studio that addresses the needs of students and clients as unique and precious individuals. Maureen has also studied with Christine Felstead, Christine Felstead’s Yoga for Runners™, and is mentored by senior Kripalu teacher, Vidya Carolyn Dell’uomo, Open to Life™.
