I have learned a lot when it comes to keeping the body in balance, since this is the key to a healthy and happy life. Through yoga I specialize in building custom made yoga programs to properly balance out your muscle and connective tissues, while working with breathing and mind body connection. This is an important factor in reducing tension internally and externally leaving you feeling more relaxed, in touch, and pain free.
