ANNE MERGAULT has practiced yoga and meditation since 2001, and feels profound gratitude to be able to share the benefits of these disciplines with those around her. In 2008 she completed her Teacher Training certification with Hart Lazer in the Hatha tradition, and largely inspired by the Ashtanga and Iyengar disciplines. Her practices are guided by softness, respecting the proper alignment of the body and the natural limits of each person.
